Behind The Lens

Lake Milton in Newton Falls ohio

Lighting

I had to work with the sun at their backs in order get the lake behind them like the bride wanted.

Equipment

I used a Nikon D7100 with an external flash.

Inspiration

The bride didn't give me any real direction of what she wanted & after meeting the bridal party they seemed like a fun group so I decided to give this a try. And I'm happy I did!

Editing

I shot this in RAW format & used Light room 5 to edit.

In my camera bag

My nikon D7100 with 18-200mm zoom lens is my favorite to use. I also keep a macro lens, 300 zoom & wide angle lens in my bag.

Feedback

Don't be afraid to get creative! Also let people be themselves! I told them what I wanted but I let them pseudo themselves I didn't have to change anything I got this in 2 shots. And have a great editing program it it was for Lightroom I wouldn't have gotten the clouds to stand out as much as they are.
