Nice action shot. However, there is a slight motion blur. For action sports you should shot as wide open as possible (i.e 2.8 -4.0). The athlete is isolated from the background (i.e. DOF) which is always a good thing. Keep working on getting sharper photos and I look forward to viewing more of your work.

thank you my zoom opening is 5.6 so I can't open at 2.8 or 4.
