It's just all about looking at your subject from many different angles to find the most dramatic lighting.Equipment
Olympus E5 & Zuiko 9-18mm lens. Handheld, natural light. ISO 200, 1/30th f8, Polarizer.Inspiration
I had photographed the window from the outside and noticed the pot. I went inside and I knew I had my shot. The lighting was perfect.Editing
I processed (as always) with Lightroom. I process each photograph that I like individually. In my camera bag
I carry the Olympus E5, Fisheye, Ultrawide (9-18 or 7-14), 12-60 Zuiko or 14-150 Panasonic Leica, sometimes some of my favorite Contax Zeiss lenses w/ adapters (35mm, 50mm, 85mm, 180mm), polarizers. Travel tripod, cable release. I rarely use flash. I love the Olympus cameras because of the built-in stabilizers. Can't wait to add a Pen F.Feedback
Just take your time and study your subject from all angles. You never know what you'll find.
