Fira is the main city of Santorini, where all the cruise ships spill out their tourists to enter the town and do (guess what? ... yeah right ...) some shopping. We didn't come with a cruise ship and personally, I think that shopping is something one can fall back to if there are no other attractions around (like amazing landscape, seascape, sunset, culture... all of which available in spades in Santorini). So no, I did NOT do any shopping in Santorini. But I did do some photography. Here, I tried to be at Fira's best spot at the right time, which for me is after sunset, when it is just dark enough for the city lights to turn on.
