For the last month or so, our house has been infested with ants. They come in the front and back doors, through windows and holes in the walls. They walk around on the kitchen worktops, in the cupboards, in the bathroom. They use us as pathways when we are in bed and when we're sitting in the lounge. They get into the fridge and the freezer and die there in large numbers. They get into our food and water and bite the cat's tongue when she tries to eat. So when half a nest decided to get onto a piece of watermelon rind that was left in the kitchen, I thought I might try and make them useful. So I used them for macro practice!
