Behind The Lens

Location

I was chilling in my couch, then the pigeon got my attention as he was making some weird sounds.I peeked out from my window and this fluffy fella .Just went in got my camera and this guy giving me a very curious stare I got him in the image.

Time

This was taken in afternoon when the pigeon was resting .

Lighting

This was shot taken during broad daylight in complete natural lighting .The lighting was perfect.

Equipment

I used by Nikon d3300 with the 18 -55 kit lens.No tripod was used neither was the flash.

Inspiration

Just the natural, curious, innocent look of the bird inspired me to click him.

Editing

I had to crop the image a bit to get rid of the unnecessary objects.

In my camera bag

I've my Nikon d3300,18-55 kit lens,battery charger, battery itself, a 64gb,a 8gb and a 16gb memory cards.Tripod is in my other bag.

Feedback

If you're trying anything similar use the wall as a tripod as you can't bring in your tripods in every situation. In this case it'll will scare off the bird.A prime lens can produce a bit better image in this case .
