A little corner of sunshine

This is my lovely dog Gracie. She had been eating snow and I snapped this pic of her with snow on her nose. Love my dog.

Took this pic on a cold morning at Crater Lake. Was my first visit. Couldn't believe how blue the water was. This pic is unedited

I was awake way to early at the beach. IT was 6:30 am and there was just a really small patch of sunlight that hit the chair perfectly.

I used my flash against the dark night to get the lighting I wanted

Canon Rebel with the lens that came with it

Inspiration

I love my dahlias and I love photographing them. I enter them in all kinds of contests

Editing

I use pixlr to edit. Very simple and free program. I didn't have to do much to it other than brighten it just a little

In my camera bag

Canon rebel 55-300 mm and some kind of long range lens. Also a macro lens attachment. I only use Canon products
