I took this picture in my home. I'm more of a newer photographer compared to many of my other fellow photographers . But I try to learn one new thing a day that has to do with art or that has to do with something or someone involved with photography.Time

I just used the natural lighting in my apartment, because there is no flash to use on my phone while taking pictures from "selfie mode"Equipment

It was a pretty stressful morning. I was feeling lost. I'm a Mama to 3 amazimg boys who all have Autism Spectrum Disorders and Severe Anxiety Disorders. So our lives are extremelying chaotic, routine orientated, and simply...well as beautiful mess! But this was particular morning was so stressful I just sat down and could feel myself trying hard not to cry, I felt myself being pulled into an empty place and I think it scared me. So I thought to myself, I'm not really a "selfie taking person" but at that moment how I should just freeze that feeling I was feeling forever. So I did. And now I can look back at myself on one of my toughest days as a parent and remember that feeling but also remember that I got thru it too, so it helps to push me.Editing
Yes. I just felt like it was a black, white, blurry moment so I made it black and white, then added a little bit of "blur" to it.In my camera bag
I carry my Nikon D7100, and D7200. I also carry all the camera chargers, extra batteries for both cameras, extra memory cards, and an extra shirt (in case I get the shirt I'm wearing too too dirty or wet!).Feedback
Just be your true self. Art is beautiful because its a way if self expression, not everyone is going to like it. As long as YOU like it that's all that matters.
