Location
This is the Columbia Icefield and I took it on the opposite side of the road. It is located in the Canadian Rockies, between the boundaries of Banff National Park and Jasper National Park in Alberta, Canada.Time
Stopover for lunchtime, around 11:20am...Lighting
Almost noon, sun is so high. Not much cloud.Equipment
I used Sony A6000, and if I'm not mistaken, with it's kit lens 16-50 F3.5-5.6 OSS. Handheld.Inspiration
I always love nature/landscape photography. So whenever there is a chance, I must press that shutter as much as I could.Editing
Yes. I used Adobe Lightroom. After getting to its lens profile, I go to its highlights and contrast. Also, a little bit of clarity and sharpness. In my camera bag
It depends on where I am going. When I go hiking, I travel light. Most of the time, I'm with my Sony A6000 with a wide zoom, Sony 18-105 F4 G. Sometimes, I used manual zoom, Nikon 28-50 F3.5 lens with an adapter(for Sony A6000). Spare batteries with charger, ND filter, Gorilla pod or a monopod, and an extra memory card.Feedback
It's hard to say. Photographers have different perspectives, ideas, and timing. When two photographers are out on a photo shoot, for example, a very nice mountain scenery, they will be presenting different outcome of pictures. Simply because, they have their own way of capturing/presenting the moment. And sometime, that particular moment of appreciation is different on each individuals. So, when you feel and see that you have that MOMENT now, don't hesitate to capture it and enjoy.
