I had the opportunity to watch the Coast Guard and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) along with a large tugboat rescue a 35' fishing vessel which had broken down. The fishing vessel was stuck in the waves which where stacking up due to a 8-10 knot tide flowing south and a gale force wind blowing north. After many attempts, the zodiac, in this picture, was the only boat that was successful in pulling the fishing vessel to safety.
