I tried but the file is too small. I will see if I have a larger (better quality) version on my Mac.

Behind The Lens

Location

I took this photo in my parent's home back in high school.

Time

It was probably on a Saturday afternoon.

Lighting

I am sure there was a bowl of M&Ms in the kitchen, so the lighting was probably not the greatest. My parents have had the same light in that kitchen for as long as I can remember.

Equipment

I just used my DSLR Canon.

Inspiration

I think it was part of a high school photography assignment. We had to take pictures of different foods.

Editing

I probably did a little editing in Photoshop, but not much. Back then I didn't know about RAW.

In my camera bag

I normally have my camera, an extra lens, an external flash, an extra battery, a battery charger, and lens filters.

Feedback

Overhead shots are difficult. You usually have to stand on your tippy toes or on a stool/ladder. Your best bet is to be higher than your subject and sneak your camera lens in-between your lights. Light boxes work wonders when photographing food.
