This was a picture I took of a skipjack, The Stanley Norman, while it was docked in Annapolis, MD. The Stanley Norman is a skipjack that is used by the Chesapeake Bay Foundation for restoration and education concerning the bay and it's past and waterman's heritage. Skipjacks were and are used to collect oysters off the bottom of the bay for consumption by seafood lovers everywhere. Recording pictures of all the wonderful heritage and historic places there was wonderful.
