I took this picture just about to cross the bridge over the Hartbeespoort Dam in the North-west province of South-Africa just outside my hometown Rustenburg heading towards JohannesburgTime
It was just after rush-hour traffic. I was heading towards Sandston City - Johannesburg South-Africa on a winters day trying to reach my destination before nightfall as the sun descents unbelievably quick.I always sit and admire the beauty of nature whenever I get a few spare minutes to forget about all the stress. I was so drawn into this perfect scene that I nearly forgot all about my phone to take an everlasting memory of this overwhelming sunset.Lighting
I'm a raw amateur photographer. I take photos / 'memories' whenever I get that warm humble feeling deep inside. As I was stuck in traffic and had nowhere to go I simply rolled down my window and took about 20 photos right there, every one around 30 seconds apart, each picture so different in its own way.Equipment
