Behind The Lens

Location

At my work, a restaurant called "Season's By The Lake" in Onalaska, Wisconsin

Time

It was taken around 6:00pm mid dinner rush.

Lighting

I got very OCD on how it looked. My co workers were looking at me like I was crazy. It had to be perfect, not only for the customer but for me as well!

Equipment

Truthfully I just used my Samsung Galaxy S7. It was right before I got my camera.

Inspiration

It just looked absolutely perfect! The colors, the lighting, I just wanted to show off what I can do and BAM there she was.

Editing

I dinked with the lighting settings for a bit, until it turned out the way I wanted. It was yellowish at first, (because of the kitchen lighting) I had to fix it.

In my camera bag

I'm slowly figuring out photography. I work with what I have. All I bring is my phone, camera and maybe my tri-pod.

Feedback

Believe in yourself, capture it and see what you're capable of. I had no idea I would be good at this but after slowly doing it for over a year, I couldn't be any happier! Doing something I love, how good is that?
