Behind The Lens

Location

I took this photo near the industrial area of a small town called Bina, India.

Time

This is one of the best shot I have ever taken. The golden hour at dusk was just started to set. It was around 5:30 at the evening when I took this shot. I was with my friend.. trying to capture something off the beat and all of the sudden I saw this view.

Lighting

I always try to make my photos look dramatic. For this shot, I really liked the way the clouds lit up the right side and the bottom of the frame, creating a silhouette effect in the middle.

Equipment

For this shot I used Samsung galaxy J5 smartphone. No other equipment was used.

Inspiration

The day I took this shot wasn't good for me as searched for hours for a good shot but didn't found any good composition. Just when I was about to leave the place, I saw this view and immediately stopped to take it. The vibrance of the colours really left me the awe.

Editing

No I didn't did any post processing for this photo.

In my camera bag

Well I don't own a DSLR. All the photos I have uploaded till now are taken from smartphone.

Feedback

Honestly I cannot give any advice as I don't own a DSLR. I just go at the location and study it and look for the best angle. The only thing I can say is that you just capture what you feel at the moment you are clicking the Shutter button
