If you've never done it before and you can, use wild garlic flowers instead of the garlic that comes in bulb variety. You'll know they're garlic flowers, the scent gives them away (and this photo). Found everywhere in the countrysides of Europe, they heavily scent the air near my house in late spring-early summer. These are not the same as garlic bulbs you buy at the store or maybe grow in your garden, garlic bulbs don't flower, they do produce those long green stalks but there is no flower. These are different. Here, use the flower instead of a bulb, clean up is easy, amazing flavor. Sprinkle the little flower petals on salads or food of choice for a pretty alternative to the garlic bulb you know.
