Arygle, St. Vincent and the Grenadines- Before the inquest of Columbus, here in the Caribbean, many tribes constructed and lived in these thatch covered homes. The particular houses photographed were distinct to the Carib tribes in the community of Argyle. Having since been modernized due to a shift in the culture and the discovery of many buried artifacts left by tribes prior to their resettlement from the coastline to the inner island and mountains, the government decided to commemorate descendants and ancestors alike by building this miniature village to go alongside their new international airport that is currently being built. A great show is made of celebrating the country's culture in the month of March. This picture shows the progress hence why it is unedited and an unfinished subject was photographed.
