AfternoonLighting
The day this photo was taken, the sun was just bright enough to cast a faint shadow, and by angling my camera the right way, I was able to show the contrast between light and dark.Equipment
I used my camera with a 10 point lens, and brought the camera closer to the flower for a more personal photo.Inspiration
I was inspired by how well kept my grandmothers front garden was. How all the tulips and roses were blooming and budding, and so I decided to take action and capture that moment.Editing
No post-processing on this photo. In my camera bag
The first thing I always remember is my Nikon V1 camera, with my 10 and 30-110 lens. Second thing I always have in my bag is my camera charger, because you can never to be too cautious; and lastly, I always have my light shade for my two lenses.Feedback
Always keep a steady hand; and whether you use a tripod or not, always be careful of the flower's petals because they are super sensitive and can break off.
