Location
On my desk... I looked at the items and started to arrange for a photo. The camera belonged to my Dad who is pictured in the photo with my Mom.Time
Saturday morning as I thought about the new challenges I had just seen on VB.Lighting
The room is dark and I used my Strobe.Equipment
This shot was taken with my Canon EOS 6D. I used my favorite lens a Canon 24 -70mm.... f 2.8 and a strobe. Used my desk as my tripod.Inspiration
The Viewbug challenge inspired me.Editing
I did framing and changed to sepia with aging effects. But, before I aged the photo I sharpened.In my camera bag
I use a Lowepro single sling camera bag which I really like! I always carry spare memory, strobe and camera batteries, lens cleaner and my Canon strobe. Next, I have my Canon 50D Body and my full frame 6D. I usually have multiple cameras with different lenses, I don't want to take time to change a lens and chance missing a shot. I use Canon stabilized lenses, my 24 -70 mm f 2.8 and 28 - 135 zoom. P.S....Sometimes, I can talk my husband into carrying equipment.Feedback
I am a self-taught photographer and have learned so much by entering Viewbug Challenges and Contests. The Challenges and Contests force me to learn new things and push my comfort zone. Plus, I learn so much by viewing other photographer's work.
