Behind The Lens

Location

At Geelong Victoria Australia.

Time

Sunset time.

Lighting

Normal natural light.

Equipment

Im using canon 5d mark iii with canon 105mm lens. Tripod is the best way to capture a clear and crisp specially sunset time. Lower aperture and timer for no shaky movement.

Inspiration

I did heaps of wedding photography. Travelling in a beautiful location is a bonus when doing weddings. I always take that opportunity to see and capture the beautiful spot while checking out the location.

Editing

A simple colour and brightness correction to make sure.

In my camera bag

For landscape photography. I normally bring a small sling bag. Its more easy and comfy when climbing or looking for a best location. I normally bring tripod, my canon 5d mark iii body, wide angle lens and remote.

Feedback

Check the weather, less populated area or location is the best way to capture for less distriction on your image, especially when doing a very low shutter speed with a tripod. Try different settings until you hit the right formula plus patience and calm for the best result.
