Not much. The sun was shining bright onto the wall. Used all the natural light I possibly can.Equipment
This was shot on a Nikon D5100 with a nifty fifty lens on a standard tripod.Inspiration
I drove by this wall quite a few times and thought it always reminded me of a portal. I thought it would be cool if I got an action shot of me jumping it would seem like I was jumping out of the portal.Editing
I had to turn down the highlights a bit and add more contrast as the sun was beaming and some of the mural looked blown out.In my camera bag
Nikon D5100, Nikon 50mm lens, Nikon 18-55mm lens, Sigma 70-300mm, and maybe an analog camera.Feedback
Fast shutter speed, shot burst, and a tripod plus a little patience will do it.
