Monument on Belgrade fortress "Kalemegdan" (lit. trans. Battelfield, and part of fortress itself) called " Pobednik" lit. translation The Victor, build in 1928.

Monument is symbol of victory in wars for freedom against Ottoman and Austro-Hungarian Emire.

Fun fact:
At first monument should be placed in center of Belgrade but city ladies of that time make a big issue about putting a statue of naked man in city center, so city government decide to put it on "Kalemegdan" fortress.
