Behind The Lens

Location

Hi, this foto was taken during the NATO Tiger Meet 2016 spotter days at Zaragoza air base

Time

This picture was taken in the morning during the first take off of the day

Lighting

It was a beautiful unforgiving sunny day

Equipment

I used my Nikon D610 with a Sigma 120-400mm f/4.5-5.6

Inspiration

Principal inspiration is my love for military airplanes

Editing

part the cropping and the cleaning of any spot in the picture, I used the Lightroom basic adjustment.

In my camera bag

In my bag you will find 2 cameras a Nikon D610 and a Nikon D500. 2 Nikkor lentes, a Nikon 50mm f/1.8 and a 24-85mm f/3.5-4.5, also a Sigma 120-400mm f/4.5-5.6, several batteries and cleaning cloth. Somes times I also carry a Sigma 150-600mm f/5-6.3 Dg os HSM Contemporary.

Feedback

to access military air bases or civil airfields, generally the best option will be through one of several aviation photographic associations. On the net you can easily find event dates that authorize spotter day upon registration to attend the event.
