Behind The Lens
Location
The photo was taken in a Liverpool park close to where I live. I am very lucky to live near to the busy city centre and Liverpool docks yet, within the vicinity of numerous parks and green spaces. This photo was taken at the boating lake in Sefton Park, which is a Grade I historic green space and it is one of my favourite places to visit.Time
As I take many photographs at this location this was probably shot in the afternoon. We often take our dog round the lake for a walk and there are always water birds, squirrels and more there to see. Swans as well as Canadian Geese, Mallards, Coots, Grey Heron and occasionally Mandarin ducks.Lighting
I was perhaps lucky with this shot but just a case of picking out the right photo.Equipment

I enjoy all nature and wildlife but when baby animals are about I'm even keener. Swans are at this location all year round although they may flit to other parks in the vicinity from time to time.Editing
