I live in the Overberg Biosphere in the Western Cape, South Africa. Because of the close proximity of the ocean and mountains, we sometimes see some pretty dramatic clouds and weather patterns. This was one such day when a jetstream suddenly appeared overhead and seemed to pass right through our village. I scrambled to the deck on top of the house to take this picture.
