I took this photo whilst visiting the hawk conservancy in Surrey England.Time
This photo was taken around midday as my first location to try and shoot at was not open to the public on this day, so I changed locations and lucky I was able to get this amazing shot which is the best of the day.Lighting
I wanted to make the eagle stand out so I made the background black so all the focus was on the striking pose.Equipment
This was shot on a canon 100d with a canon L 70-200mm lens.Inspiration
When on location I found the Alaskan bald eagle very striking to look at and I waited half the day to capture the perfect pose I was looking for.Editing
Very Minsk post processing I like my photos to look as natural as possible, only thing done was the background being put black.In my camera bag
I don't actually have much kit as I've only just got into photography so I have my 18-55mm kit lens and my canon L 70-200mm lens in the bag.Feedback
Don't rush and allow enough time to get the shots you want. Pick a few animals you want to get shots of and focus on them.
