This photo was taken in our back yard.Time
It was a very cool fall day. The kids were playing in the back yard when they yelled the found a frog. I went out, with only my phone, hoping it would still be there. Apparently since it was so cool the poor thing was not moving.Once I saw the frog I took advantage of snapping a few shots all the while thinking how nice, a very willing model. I snapped several shots all the while the kids were oohing and awing over it. But it was a short photo shoot. The sun was shining, warming up the day and the frog. It was not long before it jumped away.Lighting
It was an overcast fall day.Equipment
Only had my Iphone 6 as a camera.Inspiration
It is not often you have a frog you can get so close to. It was cold and not moving so I took advantage of the moment.Editing
The only post-processing was to crop the photo so that the subject would be close up.In my camera bag
I have a Nikon D7000 with several lenses. Also an Olympus TG-4. My Iphone is ready to snap a shot.Feedback
This was a photo op that was all about timing. The kids in the yard. The cool weather. A camera at hand. As well as always looking for a photo opportunity.
