The reflection of the sunlight on the water was amazing. I was shooting towards the west, the reflection from the water cast the boy in silhouette.Equipment
I used a Canon Rebel T3. The lens was a zoom lense 75-300, almost fully extended.Inspiration
The ocean by itself was breath taking, when the seal joined the boy by the shore, I could not resist.Editing
I cropped some, and used the defringe tool in Lightroom. I also applied a vignette to enhance the focus of the photo, the seal.In my camera bag

Waves offer a constantly changing landscape, just sitting on the coast can offer many opportunities for shooting something interesting.
