Included as a little bit of history, This building is on the beach at Srebreno, behind sit 3 abandoned hotels used as barracks during the Croatian War of Independence. This building still retains many beautiful features and was used to house officers. We were enjoying a walk along the coast from Mlini and decided to explore; we were lucky to meet a local chap who was there, he told us the story and showed us where the Yugoslav army were based above Cavtat, giving us a detailed account of the shelling of Dubrovnik. You can see the pock marking from bullet holes on the facade. I believe the whole site was up for sale, wonder if it's been developed yet?
