This photo was taken in my basement, these are on my wall. I chose to display them in a non conventional way, overlapping them to each other for more of an artsy effect.Time
Because it has been so long, I really cannot remember. Mid to late afternoon sometime because the sun was lower and bringing in the light.Lighting
I have a huge picture window so the natural light was there, I didn't have to incorporate any lighting whatsoever.Equipment
Actually, this was a very quick aim, point and click shot. No fancy nothing, just my trusty Nikon.Inspiration
I have had this décor for quite some time and was always impressed by it's stand out and be noticed effect. Instead of taking a big picture of them though, I decided to isolate and do up close crop of all of them, to me it was more visual impact.Editing
Actually nothing. One of the few photos I didn't feel the need to do anything extra to.In my camera bag
Everything and more. What do I use? Barely any of it. I do however ALWAYS keep a wall and a vehicle battery charger with me at all times AND a spare charged battery.Feedback
I see a picture in just about everything, sometimes it's the whole thing and other times it's just a part of the whole thing. My advice for anyone trying to do something similar is to study your intended subject, examine it from every angle, decide what you like about it and then take the picture. Keep things interesting and exciting, shake it up. Move the subject over to the left or right instead of smack down the middle. If there are shadows, incorporate them, block/blur out objects that are going to take away from the focal point of your intended picture, and keep the editing (if there will be any) to a minimum.
