Wow. Great job on getting the feather detail on this Gull. I never get that type of detail on my shots when I'm trying to capture the white areas of a bird.

I only had my kit lens 55-200mm with me to Auckland (on a work trip) and the gull was about 20 meters away, but the early morning sun was kind to me.
