Behind The Lens

Location

Arches National park Utah

Time

Early evening in February 2016

Lighting

I like the way the sunset hits the top of the La Sal mountains

Equipment

Canon 5dsr , Manfrotto tripod

Inspiration

I had just purchased the camera and want to try it out

Editing

one of my first photos using NIK hdr efex .

In my camera bag

usually carry three or 4 batteries along with several sd cards, Canon 5dsr and Canon 60d bodies, lenses canon 17-40, Rokinon 14mm, sigma 18-300mm, and a sigma 150-600mm . a couple of remotes and varies filters.

Feedback

The park can be very crowded on the weekends making it hard to get the shot you want, week days are better . The light is always changing just have patience . the park also has a couple of remote access points they don't really promote that have really unique areas that are hardly ever photographed.
