The Humpbacks migrate along the east coast of Australia from the Antarctic heading towards the warm waters of Queensland to give birth to their calves. Luckily they pass right by my place and I get to go out whale watching from June through to November and to photograph them for the tour company. Just look at the size of the mother's head against her baby's length.
