Behind The Lens

I took this photo on our family ranch in northern California out in the middle of a hay field in early summer.Time
It was close to sundown when I took the pic.Lighting
I waited until the sun was close to setting so I could get the sun shining behind the subject. Like making the subject explode with light.Equipment
I cheated and used my cell phone camera. I love having the freedom my cell phone provides when I am out and about.Inspiration
For days I had been seeing this field with hundreds of dandelions glowing when the sun got low enough to bounce off of them. It was beautiful, i just made sure to finally get a pic of them.Editing
I did a little tweaking with the contrast but that was about all it needed.In my camera bag
I'm a huge cell phone picture taker. That is my biggest peice of equipment I carry around. Some people think you aren't really a photographer if you don't have aLloyd the equipment, but I disagree.Feedback
Just take lots of pics and out of all those you are bound to have one good one!!
