My parents and I were visiting Savannah, Georgia during my high school spring break this past summer, and while I messed around with the camera, taking various pictures of various landmarks, I saw my parents just sitting and holding each other, and in that moment I felt exactly how powerful and long lasting love can be to have moments like these after so many years.

Behind The Lens

Location

I took this photo in a train yard turned museum in Savannah Georgia.

Time

I took the photo around 2 in the afternoon, the sun was out and it was beautiful weather.

Lighting

This image was spontaneous and the lighting was perfect as the sun casts a cool contast and shadow on the inside wall.

Equipment

I used a 75mm lens and a canon camera. I did not use a tripod or a flash.

Inspiration

I love taking pictures of natural phenomenon or cool architecture and this wall was old and antique and rustic.

Editing

I cropped the original image, but other than that I did not edit the photo.

In my camera bag

My camera, a big lens and a small lens along with an extra battery.

Feedback

Always be ready to take a picture because you never know when an opportunity for beauty will come about.
