So I was on my way home when I came across these hornets under a tree. Luckily I had my camera with me, along with all my gear.
I don't use a macro lens. Therefore this shot was taken using a 70-200 F-4L and a set of extension tubes. MANUAL extension tubes. Which meant I had to get REALLY close to these guys and hold a telephoto lens, control it manually and try to get the hornet in focus.
But it was all worth it. :D
