When shooting time pieces of any kind, always set the hands to 10 minutes to 2. It opens the face and gives it balance. In this picture I would swivel the watch so the winder and ring fall onto the black and silver item just behind the coach. This will allow the viewer to see the brass item better. I would also increase the depth of field and have the whole image sharp.
This is just my opinion, I love the objects.
