This is a photo of an original fish rubbing (gyotaku) I made using a redfish I caught here in Largo, Florida. The art of fish rubbing is an ancient art first done in Japan in the 1500's. We place paint on the fish then place paper on the fish to lift the print of the fish. Then I draw additional images onto some. In the case of this image I added the Wolf and Moon.
