While vacating in Banff we made a trip to Canmore. There's not a lot to that town.... but we did manage to find a trail.... and came upon this b

This would have been a busy place 100 years ago. Beautiful old building... sad nobody kept it up. Surprised it's still standing.

Out in the middle of no where is located a beautiful spot with breaktakingly turquoise water.... it was like nothing we had ever seen.

Never know what you're going to see when you take a drive in the countryside. I couldn't resist taking a pic of this old vehicle.

There's nothing more beautiful that a peaceful river, with beautiful mountains as a backdrop. Could have stayed there forever.

Love these little purple flowers by the back fence.

Sunset at the beach on a warm winter's eve.

We were surrounded by breathtaking views of mountains.... but for some reason this is the only one I could remember the name of.

Just one of the pretty annuals we planted this year. I find the curling petals pretty... when the flower is starting to die. No worries though... l

No matter how big or small.... if there's a tunnel or bridge of some kind.... I have to investigate.

Noticed some deer on the lawn of our hotel in the morning.... ran downstairs in my pi's to go outside and get some pics. I was happy they stayed

While on our way to Lake Louise... we stopped along the way for some scenery shots. Love train tracks!... and mountains!
