Sunset on the way home from the Illinois river.

Storm clouds over a rural Illinois farm.

Tornado about 20 miles away.I found that out later.

Taking pictures on a country road suddenly I saw these wonderful storm clouds. I did not know there was a tornado about 20 miles away.

It was worth the wait to me.

I live in the country and this time of year the fields are bare so there is lots of room for clouds and sunsets.

Before the sunset the clouds were beautiful. I am not going anywhere I will see the sunset tonight.

Never thought the wind would be still.

Using my first camera a Kodak Easy Share I took a red sunset on my way home from the Illinois River

Went to my favorite country road. Storm and wind all around me. There was a tornado 20 miles away. I did not know until I got home.
