I came across this Tulip Library that I had never seen nor heard of. It's located right next to the Tidal Basin in Washington, DC and on the southern side of the Washington Monument. I was walking back to my car after a day of unsuccessful pictures in DC and stumbled on this right as the sun was setting...a good reminder that you just have to get out there shoot and explore and you'll always see something new or different.
