Location
I took this photo at my studio at home. It was a slow day (business wise) and I decided that our "middle child" doesn't nearly get as much camera time as the other 2 human children - so we had an impromptu photo session!Time
This photo was taken ion the afternoon - in the studio we are not at the mercy of the elements so we can get a great photo any time of day!Lighting
I used a beauty dish as I do for my other portraits - my little dog baby deserves nothing but the best!Equipment
This was shot with a Canon 5D Mark III, using a 70-200 lens. I used a tripod as I have a natural hand tremor and could never have been a surgeon>Inspiration
Our family pet is sooo loved and has the most adorable face but somehow he has always been left out of the family portraits. I decided to show him a bit of much needed camera love.Editing
I simply vignetted the outside to highlight his adorable little face, but otherwise I stayed true to the integrity of the photo. In my camera bag
I have my two Canon 5D Mark III cameras. My favourite lenses that always in my bag is my 70-200mm F2.8 as well as my 50 mm lens. I always have 2 flashes with heaps of spare batteries for the cameras and the flashes. I have a cleaning cloth in there as well as business cards because you never know when you might be asked for one.Feedback
