The reason these thousands of Snow Geese took flight was the dot in the photo just below the two birds the top left, It's an Eagle who spooked them!

Location
This photo was taken in Washington State, Skagit Valley in the northern portion of the state.Time
The time was around noon.Lighting

Nikon D-3400, with an 18-55mm lens handheld, because I was hight next to themInspiration
The Skagit Valley has always been a stopping-off point for migratory Snow Geese and Swans in the spring and fall, the farmlands look like blankets of fresh snow all you have to do is give it a little time and wait for an Eagle to fly by and spook the Geese then it becomes amazing to hear the wind come off the feathers and horns honking everywhere, and yes this is also a great place for Eagle captures.Editing

My D-3400 with 6 lenses and my spare camera Nikon Coolpix B600.Feedback
I'm retired and after 35 years of Semi driving photography became my hobby I guess I'm self-taught so much advice other than getting outdoors, roam, have fun, be creative, you're the boss!
