This picture is taken in Rotterdam. this building Nhow is next to the iconic bridge, Erasmus bridge. I visit the Rotterdam every month several times to shoot pictures because of the architecture the city has to offer.Time
While walking around in Rotterdam i came up with the idea to walk to the port of Rotterdam where the big cruise ships board. Nhow building is a hotel and was in such nice sunlight that i made several pictures somewhere late afternoon and this one came out as the best of the day.Lighting
The sunlight did for me all the work.Equipment
I used my camera Canon 650D with the lens 17-40mm f/4Inspiration
I love to shoot minimal architecture pictures. I always looking for straight lines. This, for me, speaks to me in a way of pure perfection.Editing
I added a little color, contrast and sharpness to the picture. Made a little more drama and depth into it.In my camera bag
I used for a long time My standard canon 650D and canon lens EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 lens for al long time. these days i still use my 650D DSLR but with the 17-40mm f/4 lens. A special camera bag and sometimes i bring my Cullmann Concept One 622T with me for shooting sunrises or landscape pictures. i like my equipment to be small and not to heavy.Feedback
I started to see things different when i looked more up to buildings then in front of me. The less you rush, the more you see. Turns out that there is a whole new world to be captured if you look up.
