If it is an invitation, I will be there on the first plane out. Seriously though, this picture is great as is. Simply beautiful. Not only because of the subject person but the idea as well- combing what is considered portrait/ fashion with landscape- thus making for a beautiful photograph but also a painting like. I would not change a thing. But if forced to change a thing then it is a two step ( for fun and curiousity)-1) Remove the soft focus effect.
Compare the before and after.
2) Crop (cut off the bottom of the picture).
Again compare the before and after.
As I said just for fun. Nothing needs to be changed.

In the immortal words of Columbo; one more thing.... I think the picture is not exactly striaght (a-lined) Maybe or is it just that I am about to fall off my seat.

In summary; all joking aside (a first for me); my understanding is soft focus is used in two cases- 1) to make a situation more dreamy 2) to fix any slight blur (lack of detail) in a picture. I can agree with the soft focus in regards to the first. But in regards to the second- this picture looks like it has all the detail necessary. Thus the explanation of my first comment.
