Colliding Rivers is the only place in the contiguous US where two rivers flow directly head-on to one another. The Little River rushes in from the south (to the right of the photo) straight toward the North Umpqua River (on the left of the photo).
This is located about 15 miles east of Roseburg, Oregon, in a little town called Glide.
