Springtime in Portland Oregon is always a treat, especially along the waterfront at Gov. Tom McCall Waterfront Park on the Willamette River. The memorial is a tribute to all Japanese Americans. The Oregon Convention Center towers can been seen in the background. There are approximately 100 cherry trees along this section of the waterfront.
