Misumena vatia. This is a tiny spider, only 5 mm long that adopts colors that allow it to perfectly mimetize with parts of different flowers. This way it hides inside the flowers to stalk prey (usually bees and alike). In this case the spider was observed in a flower in the San Francisco Botanical Garden in CA, US.
