Thank you to everyone. Mrs. Maritza light is still with us though her physical presence has been displaced. She was and will always be an inspiration and dear friend and I will NEVER stop loving her. I appreciate the comments. RIP INFINITE SUPERNOVA 1/27/2018

This photograph was taken at a good friends house. Itza was a fun loving full of life friend who loved dancing music friends and her wife. She always knew the right words to say whether you needed cheering up or to be brought down off your high horse. Itza was taken to her place in the heavens at the young age of 21 in a single car accident, yet she will always be here in our hearts. I'm proud to be a good friend of her. She was, is, and always will be an amazing soul.Time
Itza her spouse and I were taking a day of shooting when we stopped by her house so she could bring her beautiful Siberian Husky "Bella" with us for some photos when we decided to throw on some gels and shoot there at the house. She donned the headphones and tossed her hair back. The first shot I got of her not even trying was perfect i tried two more times but the first was the best so i went with it.Lighting
The shot was taken almost accidentally in her kitchen I used gels so it wouldn't look so bland and dull and as she flipped her head I snapped.Equipment
This was actually a hand held photo no tripod and the lights with gels froze her during mid flip. I used a two flash setup with a purple and a pink gel.Inspiration
We stopped to pick up "Bella" her beautiful husky when we decided to chill for a bit and listen to some music. I broke out the camera as I always do and started shooting.Editing
I did some quick simple touch ups and a little tweaking with Lightroom. This particular photo didn't require too much post processing. Itza is a very beautiful young lady with smooth completion and lighting was spot on miraculously the very first shotIn my camera bag
I normally carry my Canon R and my Canon 5D mk II. With a few lenses. My 50mm along with 70-200 and my 85 and my 35mm rf is usually with me these days. Back when I shot this I didn't have much an old canon 30D maybe with the stock lens 15-85 efs maybe a nifty 50 and a 75-100mm. Some off brand flashes.Feedback
If I were to give advice I just hope it would help. My advice to anyone is to take advice from every source that offers it. Pay attention to those around you and what they think and say. Too many times I have gotten, and seen people give advice, and I, or they, blew it if thinking I knew what I needed to know. everyone whether you're a top professional or an amateur hobbyist might just learn something they never thought of or haven't thought about in a while.
