Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken in Worcester by the river Severn, it was taken at the time of the floods back in February of this year. During sunset and sunrise the sun shines gloriously over the river, as it was sunset this photograph was taken in a more southern part of the river by the swan sanctuary.

Time

The image was taken in the early evening on the 12th of February, the floods bring all kinds of wildlife to the river and surrounding areas and this is what pulls me to the area at this time of year.

Equipment

The photo was shot on my iphone 5 using the natural lighting from the sunset. No other equipment was used.

Inspiration

I am very much an amateur photographer who began taking photos around 15 years old, I have always been a fan of taking photographs of sunrise and sunset and I believe it creates the most magical photographs. As i previously mentioned the floods bring all kinds of life to the river and during the floods i try and get out as much as possible to capture shots like this one.

Editing

Slight alteration on the brightness and this was all.
